Order Processing

All personalized orders are custom-made based on the details you provide. Ensure that all customization information is accurate at the time of purchase, as changes cannot be made once production begins. If you ordered a costum comission you can send me an email to : verapsmoreira@gmail.com

Digital downloads and products are accessible immediately after payment, so please double-check your email address when placing your order.

Shipping Policy

Physical items such as prints will be shipped via CTT or UPS. Tracking information will be provided once the item is shipped.

Shipping times vary depending on location; for national orders (Portugal) time varies between 5 days to 2 or 4 weeks (if is a costum comission), depending on the nature of your product. Internacional orders may take 1 to 5 weeks to be processed, you will be notified by email if theres any delays and i will give frequent updates.

Refund and Returns Policy

Personalized Items and Digital Products cannot be refunded or returned

All sales are final due to the nature of our products. No refunds or exchanges are available.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

For classes, mentorship and adicional online services you can cancel (12 hours before the meeting starts) if you have any problem you are able to rescheduled it. There will be no refund for classes and mentorships already taken

for jewellery you will be able to return the item if its from our personal collection if you ordered a costum piece of wearable art then this doesn’t apply and there will be no refunds.

Damaged Physical Prints

If your print arrives damaged, please email us at Verapsmoreira@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged product.

Once verified, we will work together to solve the issue. you can get a replacement (but there will be a charge for the shipping of the item) or a refund depending on the state of the product.

Personalized Items: All personalized items are made to order based on the specifications you provide during purchase.

Digital Product Access:

Upon purchase, digital downloads, course materials, e-books and all aditional online services offered at verakace.net are immediately available for use. These materials are for personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold if so you will be under copyright infringement

Digital Downloads, Courses, services : Our digital products are delivered electronically. Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access, schedule or download the material.

Order and Payment:

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

Prices and availability of products can be subject to change without prior notice. If you wish to get accurate shop updates you can subscribe to our shop newsletter

Shipping:

All physical products, such as prints, are shipped to the address provided during checkout.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping details provided by the customer so please check twice to see if there’s any mistakes. if there’s any question or problem you just need to send us a email right after you purchase the product to be able to correct the shipping address in case there was a mistake.
